Challenge
The publisher had many ad placements that were inefficient. The top-performing ad unit had a low VA and there was limited demand. The overall advertising setup was pretty narrow and the big pressure for Adx was not high enough to result in an optimal fillrate and revenue turnaround.
Solution
We performed a UX overhaul and ad architecture analysis which resulted in a set of layout improvement recommendations that were later implemented by the publisher. On top of this, we also implemented 7 additional demand sources including EBDA and locally recognized SSP platforms.
